Terms

October 1, 2026

These are the terms for Workworm Hired, run by Workworm, a project of Phushsia. By signing up you agree to them. If a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

The offer

Hosted is $5 a year. The page lives at yourname.workworm.page, with a small Workworm line in the footer. The year starts when the page goes live and renews a year later unless you cancel. You can ask for the name in front of workworm.page. If that name is already taken, we offer other names. Paying does not hold a name until we confirm one with you.

Extra pages are $1 a year. Another page on the same site, using the same preset. A different design is a new job, priced separately.

The files are $10 once for this first group. You host them yourself, anywhere you like. We send fixes and small updates for one year from delivery. A new design after that is a new job.

The first 10 people who join the list for Worm get a one-time code for the first year of hosting. You enter that code on the Stripe page. The year starts when the page goes live. After it ends, hosting is $5 a year. The files stay paid.

Your account

One account, one site. You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep control of that email; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us right away if it is compromised.

Your material

You confirm the resume, the photos, and anything else you upload are yours to share, and that what they describe is true. You are responsible for the content of your page. We will not publish anything we believe is unlawful, and we will take a page down if asked to by law.

The page

A preview stays private until you and we agree it is done, then we publish. We can take a page down if the year has ended, if the content breaks these terms, or if we are required to by law. We will tell you why, and how to fix it, where we can.

Messages from the page go to your email while it is hosted with us, and we store a copy in your account. If you bought the files, the form is yours: you set it up and route it where you like, and we do not see or store those messages.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken by Stripe before the page goes live. A hosted year is not refunded once the page is up, but you can cancel renewal at any time and the page stays up until the year ends. The files are not refunded once delivered, but the first year of fixes is included.

What we owe each other

We finish the page by hand and aim for a few days. If we cannot, we will tell you and you can ask for a full refund before the page goes live. We are not liable for lost email, downtime at Cloudflare or Stripe, or anything a visitor sends you. Our total liability for any claim is the amount you paid us.

Ending it

You can end the account at any time. We will take the page down and remove your material as set out in the Privacy page. If you end it mid-year, the year is not refunded. We can end or pause the service if these terms are broken, with notice where possible.

Changes

If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. A change to the offer only applies to new years or new orders, not to one already paid for.
